Our Story

The source that continually flows

Source Fountain Wellness LLC represents the belief that meaningful mental and emotional wellness can be cultivated by reconnecting with the internal sources of strength, resilience, peace, purpose, and hope.

The fountain symbolizes renewal, restoration, continuity, and a source that continually flows. “Source Within” represents the inner resources that can be nurtured through compassionate psychiatric care, self-awareness, evidence-based treatment, and purposeful living.

Our practice is intentionally inclusive, warm, professional, and clinically grounded, welcoming individuals from all backgrounds, beliefs, cultures, and life experiences.

Vision & Mission

What we work toward, every day

Our Vision

To guide individuals in discovering their wellspring of strength and peace within themselves, promoting lifelong mental and emotional wellness.

Our Mission

At Source Fountain Wellness, we provide compassionate, personalized, and evidence-based psychiatric care that nurtures inner strength, restores balance, and empowers individuals to achieve lasting mental and emotional wellness.

Our Philosophy

More than the absence of illness

We believe mental wellness is more than the absence of mental illness. It is the ability to understand oneself, navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, experience meaningful connection, and live with a sense of purpose.

We recognize that every individual has a unique story, unique strengths, and unique needs. Our approach combines evidence-based psychiatric care with compassionate listening and individualized treatment, creating a space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported.

We focus on the whole person — not simply the diagnosis.

Dr. Yvonne Nkeze, DNP, PMHNP-BC

Dr. Yvonne Nkeze is a Doctor of Nursing Practice-prepared Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based mental health care.

Dr. Nkeze earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing and her Doctor of Nursing Practice, both from Walden University, graduating with honors.

Her clinical experience spans both acute psychiatric care and outpatient mental health treatment. She currently practices in a crisis stabilization setting, providing exposure to acute psychiatric presentations and fast-paced, high-acuity care. Her outpatient psychiatric experience gives her a deep appreciation for continuity of care, individualized treatment planning, and long-term mental wellness.

Before specializing in psychiatric mental health, Dr. Nkeze developed more than a decade of nursing experience across multiple clinical specialties. This broad background has shaped her whole-person approach and strengthened her understanding of the relationship between physical health, emotional wellness, environment, and mental health.

Dr. Nkeze believes that effective psychiatric care begins with listening, understanding, and meeting each person where they are. Her goal is to create a therapeutic environment where clients feel respected, heard, and empowered to participate actively in their treatment.

Her practice philosophy centers on helping individuals recognize and strengthen the resources within themselves while receiving appropriate clinical support to move toward greater balance, resilience, peace, and purpose.
